powerpoint not connecting

When I load zionworx, powerpoint also loads, but when I try to use a powerpoint an 'X' box come up saying:
'Powerpoint requires reconnection. Powerpoint does not appez\r to be running. Do you want to reconnect now?
When I click yes nothing happens!
Any help appreciated.

  Hi Rob. This is interesting. We just fixed an issue in 3.0.1.0 where opening a playlist from explorer causes a problem. But please get in touch at support@jubilatesoftware.com so we can investigate this further if it is still an issue after updating. It could be PowerPoint version related or something not quite working right with the OS. Thanks.
