    Hi Rob. This is interesting. We just fixed an issue in 3.0.1.0 where opening a playlist from explorer causes a problem. But please get in touch at support@jubilatesoftware.com so we can investigate this further if it is still an issue after updating. It could be PowerPoint version related or something not quite working right with the OS. Thanks.
