More PowerPoint Integration Issues
I have a couple of additional PowerPoint integration issues with the new version of ZW - or rather "lost features / functionality":
1) In the pervious version of ZW (using PPT 2007), I was able to have a blank slide which I could display using ZW, and then within PPT could type ideas called out by the congregation. These would simultaneously appear on the screen. This was very useful during interactive parts of the service. I've not been able to replicate this using the new version of ZW. This will be a issue for us; I'll need to try swapping to PPT to initiate the slideshow and enter the ideas.
2) In the old version, having the PPT presentations listed separately meant I could select the next slide while we broke for a song. Then when I re-started the PPT it would pick up at the cue'd slide. With the PPT now being items in the playlist (I never added then to the playlist previously), I've not found a way of doing this.

Hi Martin,
1) I've just tried this (using PPT2010) by adding the blank PPT to the playlist and then presenting it, then switching to PPT and editing the slide - and the edits were visible live as I typed. Is this the approach you tried?
You could also use the QuickSlide feature to achieve the same thing and hit the Save button to show edits you make live.
2) You can do all the same things just slightly differently. In the PowerPoint ribbon you can select a slide to start on if required, but more conveniently you can use the Recent Items area to resume a PowerPoint (after breaking for a video/song/scripture passage etc) very easily.
