Powerpoint problem

I bought a new computer that will match all the requirements for Zionworx and downloaded microsoft 365. However I cannot load a powerpoint presentation into zionworx. Any suggestions to what I might be doing wrong?

  Microsoft Office 365 should install PowerPoint 2013 (current latest version) which is compatible with ZionWorx 2014. Thank you for contacting us on support@jubilatesoftware.com for specialised support and now you have PowerPoint working.
