Go to File->Export->Song Usage Report to start using this feature.
The routine works by scanning a folder (and optionally its subfolders) looking for ZionWorx Playlist Files (*.zwl). It then opens and extracts all the song information in each playlist file and builds up a report containing all the songs used within the date range you specify.
There are two output options you can specify; the delimiter character to use between data columns, and whether to output to a file or directly to the Windows clipboard.
Note: If you want to open the report in Microsoft Excel then please choose Comma delimiter and Text File output. This will produce a .csv file which is automatically named and saved in the source folder.
Click the Export button to create the report.
A .csv file can be opened directly in Microsoft Excel:
The data is organised in columns as follows:
Usage Count, Title, Alternative Title, Words By, Music By, Copyright, Licence Agency, Licence Song No
